Chico and his team were amazing! Not only were they prompt, clean, and respectful of our property, they made sure that we knew all the options before we chose what to do with our trees. Unfortunately, the Austin winter storm stressed some of our older trees and they weren’t growing leaves and looked sick. We were worried we would lose 3 of our very large trees; Chico and his team advised us on how they could trim/prune two of them to salvage them, when other companies we had gotten quotes from had told us they would have to be removed. Our yard looks much better with two of the trees saved and pruned back. Because we have a bonfire, we requested to keep the wood from one of our dead ash trees to use as firewood, and they stacked it nicely for us! I will definitely use them again for any of my tree care.

Chico is amazing. Great professional and cares about delivering top quality service. Always provides the extra service to make your yard look fantastic, even if not in the scope of work. He stopped by a week later to ask if I was satisfied. Excellent service and I highly recommend Chico and his courteous staff. You will not be disappointed with the quality of service. A bad storm over Memorial Day weekend knocked down two trees in my yard, one on top of my back fence and the other onto my neighbor’s roof. Chico came out within a couple hours of contacting him to evaluate, gave me a fair estimate and set to work that day himself, working til sundown to remove the limbs on the roof to prevent further structural damage and tarping over the holes to prevent additional water damage. He brought back his crew the next weekend to remove the rest of the tree. His team did a great job, taking necessary precautions and advising on risks upfront, and Chico was very responsive to all of my questions. I highly recommend him for your tree removal needs.
